The Foundation has had and continues to maintain relations of cooperation with the Académie Internationale des Sciences Religieuses, from the beginning of this. Alberigo is one of the founders and currently Alberto Melloni and Giuseppe Ruggieri are members.

In particular, the Academy held the following meetings:

1973 in Bologna: The portée de l'Eglise des Apôtres pour l'Eglise d'aujourd'hui;

1983 in Bologna / Idice: Formes et de problèmes actuels Chrétienté (Proceedings published in CRST 5/1 (1984) 29-166;

1989 in Florence / Fiesole: Christian Unity. The Council of Ferrara-Florence (1438/9-1489). (Proceedings published in 1991 by G. Alberigo at University Press - Peeters, Leuven 1991.

It is currently working for a conference to be held in Bologna in August / September 2012 on Gospel, Morality & Civil Law.
