With the patronage of the Vatican Secret Archives, Vatican Library and University Library of Bologna, a new critical edition of the three great works of the Pope from Bologna – De canonizatione Sanctorum, De Sanctorum Missae Sacrificio and De Synodo Diocesano – as key to the contradictions which a man of immense culture such as Lambertini seized in the eighteenth century, is to be completed in 2013.
