He was born in Spoleto on October 14,1982. His research interests primarily lie in the history of contemporary Christianity. He received a degree in History and Philosophy at University of Siena in December 2012, presenting a thesis titled “Camaldoli durante la Linea Gotica” under the supervision of Prof. Camillo Brezzi. He went on to complete a master’s degree in History, Sources, Texts and Theories at the University of Siena in September 2014. The title of the thesis was “Il progetto Montini, Assistente Generale della FUCI”, and it was supervised by Prof. Patrizia Gabrielli.
He began his PhD at “Fondazione per le Scienze Religiose Giovanni XXIII” in 2015, and his dissertation is on the dialogue between Anglicans and Catholics. He’s studying specifically the ecumenical profile of the Dominican Father Jean-Marie Roger Tillard and his work at ARCIC.
