Lucia de Lorenzo was born in Barletta in 1994. In February 2017 she graduated in Classical Literature at the University of Bari Aldo Moro with a thesis in Latin Literature entitled «Donne che raccontano, che imbrogliano, che incantano nel romanzo petroniano» (supervisor: Professor Rosa Alba Dimundo).
In march 2020 she obtained a Master Degree in Archeology at the University of Bologna Alma Mater Studiorum with a thesis in Christian Literature entitled «Gerusalemme nella Peregrinatio Egeriae. Aspetti archeologici e performativi di una liturgia stazionale» (supervisor: Prof. Antonio Cacciari; co-supervisor: Prof. Lorenzo Perrone).
In May 2020 she completed the PluRes course of the Master “Religious pluralism and historical knowledge” at the Fondazione per le Scienze Religiose Giovanni XXIII.
On 1st October 2020 she started the three-year scientific specialization course in Religious Studies at the Alta Scuola Europea “Giuseppe Alberigo” at the Fondazione per le Scienze Religiose Giovanni XXIII.
