Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters relating to the operating system and computer environment of the user.

This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this possibility, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.

Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site prepared for particular services on request.

Optional provision of data

Purpose of processing
The data (such as, for example, the sender address as well as any other personal data entered in the registration form, including the type and sectors of interest) sent voluntarily by the user will be used to send the newsletter as requested by the user, also through segmentation by type and sector of interest chosen, so that the user concerned can receive information and/or invitations in a targeted and relevant manner. The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These data, which are necessary to use the web services, are also processed in order to: obtain statistical information on the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors per time slot or per day, geographical areas of origin, etc.); check the correct functioning of the services offered. Personal data may be processed, subject to consent, by automated means (such as email and SMS) as well as traditional means (such as telephone contact by operator), also for marketing and advertising purposes by the Controller. The data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of his/her data for such purposes.

Nature of the provision and legal basis for processing
The provision of data is optional, however, any refusal to respond will make it impossible for the owner to process requests for sending the newsletter. The legal basis of the processing is consent to the processing of the aforementioned data, consent which is necessary. Consent is deemed to have been given by ticking the appropriate boxes at the bottom of the on-line form.

Processing methods
Data processing is carried out by means of computer procedures or in any case telematic means and paper supports by internal or external persons, specifically appointed and authorized for this purpose and committed to confidentiality. The data are processed and stored using instruments that guarantee their security, integrity and confidentiality through the adoption of appropriate security measures as provided for by law.

Storage times
The data are kept until the person concerned requests to opt out of receiving the newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each communication or by using the methods made available periodically for this purpose.

Communication, dissemination, transfer
The data collected will not be disseminated, sold or exchanged with third parties without the express consent of the data subject, except for any communications to authorized third parties - committed to confidentiality or in the case appointed as data controllers pursuant to Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Rights of the persons concerned
