Privacy policy

This statement describes the website functioning with reference to the processing of personal data of its users.

Location of data processing

No data deriving from the web service are communicated or disclosed. Personal information provided by users who request dispatch of informative material are used only to perform the service or provision requested.

Types of data processed

Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures designed for this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet. This information is not collected to identify interested parties but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users accessing the website, addresses in Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of requested resources, the time of requests, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (e.g. successful, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the operating system and user’s IT environment. These data are only used to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the website, to check its correct functioning and they are deleted immediately after processing. Such data may be used by competent authorities to determine responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the website: except for this case, data relating to web contacts are not retained for more than seven days. The legal basis of the processing is legitimate interest, pursuant to Article 6 (f) of the GDPR

Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of email to the addresses indicated on this website will subsequently lead to the acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to the requests, in addition to further personal data as part of the message. Specific summary statements will progressively be reported or displayed on pages of the website prepared for special services available on request. The legal grounds for data processing are the need to uphold contractuale and or pre-contractuale according to Article 6 lett. b) of EU Reg.

Use of cookies
Regarding the use of cookies, please refer to the additional and specific ‘extended policy’ published on this site and prepared in accordance with Provision of 8 May 2014, issued by the Italian Guarantor for the protection of personal data, amended by measure n. 231 of 10 June 2021, which integrates and completes this document.

Optional provision of data
Apart from what has been specified for navigation data, users are free to provide personal data.
Failure to provide them may make it impossible to fulfil user’s requests.

Processing modalities
Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

Transfer of data to third countries
