The Fondazione per le scienze religiose Giovanni XXIII (FSCIRE) will use the information provided during the newsletter subscription to contact you witch updates on events, publications, activities, and marketing proposals related to the Fondazione.

In accordance with art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Fondazione per le scienze religiose, having the headquarter in via San Vitale 114 – 40125 Bologna, VAT number 01837081205, email amministrazione@fscire.it, as data controller, informs users of the processing of personal data resulting from subscription to the newsletter.

Data subjects
All the internet users interested in subscribing to the FSCIRE newsletter. 

Data processed
The personal data processed includes indetifying information such as first name, last name and/or contact details such as personal email, ehich is necessary for subscribing to the newsletter. 

Purpose of the processing
The purpose of the processing is to receive updates on promotion, new products and offers from the data controller. 

Nature of the provision of data and legal basis of the processing
The provision of personal data is optional. 
Any refusal to provide the data does not entail negative consequences, but determines the impossibility for the data controller to carry out the requests for sending the newsletter. 
The legal basis of the processing is the consent for the aforementiones data, pursuant art. 6(a) f the GDPR. Consent is considered given by selecting the appropriate box option at the time of subscription. 
Content can always be withdrawn.

Processing modalities
The data processig is carried out throught digital procedures or telematic means and in paper form by internal and external subjexts, specifically appointed, authorised, and committed to confidentiality. Data are processed and stored with instruments that guarantee security, integrity, and confidentiality through the adoption of appropriate measures as required by law.

Data retention periods
Data will be stored in a form that allows identification of the data subject for two years after registration, provided that upon withdrawal of consent through the opt-out technique the controller will delete the data.

Communication, disclosure, transfer
Data collected will not be disclosed, sold, or exchanged with third parties without the express consent of the data subject, except for any communication to the authorised thirs parties – committed to confidentiality or appointed as data processors in compliance with art. 28 of Regualtion. (EU) 2016/679. The complete and updated list of data processors can be obtaines, upon request, through the methods indicated in this legal text. In addition, data may be communicated to the competent authorities in accordance with the law. 

Rights of the data subjects
Data subjects, at any time, have the right to access their personal data, to ask for them to be corrected, updated or erased. It is also possible to object to the processing of personal data and request its limitation.

In addition, if data subjects consider that the processing has been carried out in violantion of the legislation on the protection of personal data, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data, with registered office in Piazza Venezia 11 – 00187 Rome.
