TNA and NOA mobility grants of the ITSERR project

Third call for applications for the TNA and NOA mobility grants of the ITSERR project

Applications are now open for the Transnational Access (TNA) and National Open Access (NOA) Fellowship Programme of ITSERR – Italian Strengthening of the ESFRI Research Infrastructure RESILIENCE, funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).

Promoted by a consortium of five higher education institutions, the ITSERR project takes a strongly interdisciplinary approach, aiming to integrate humanities disciplines—such as theology, history, philology, archaeology, and religious studies (Christian, Jewish, and Islamic)—with advanced digital and IT skills.

These mobility grants are intended for scholars and researchers, as well as research groups, that are interested in contributing to the technical and scientific development of RESILIENCE.

The programme offers:

The maximum duration of the stay is four weeks, and it must be completed by the end of September 2025.

The call is open from May 5, 2025, with no fixed deadline.

Criteria

Applications for the TNA and NOA scholarships will be evaluated competitively, taking into account the scientific quality of the proposed project, the clarity of the personal statement, and the transnational and interdisciplinary scope of the initiative.

In this context, proposals from research groups composed of members with diverse disciplinary backgrounds and international affiliations will be particularly valued.

Host institutions

ITSERR is a consortium of five partners located across Italy:

Each of these institutions is involved according to its specific strengths, with each partner contributing through its Institutes and Departments to the development of the activities within the project’s Work Packages.
