Camminare il silenzio. Itinerari religiosi e civili in Italia

Il nuovo volume di Marianna Napolitano (EDB)

From June 12, the new volume by Marianna Napolitano, published by EDB, has been available in bookstores.

Camminare il silenzio guides readers through 39 itineraries that unfold across every region of Italy, designed for both experienced and novice walkers.
These routes lead to places of the various faiths that today shape the country’s religious landscape, as well as to sites of memory that reinforce its civic and democratic spirit.
From the coasts to the highest peaks, along paths, parks, and nature reserves, the beauty of both tangible and intangible heritage accompanies the traveler along routes that gradually become inner landscapes, where the choice of silence creates space for reflection in a time increasingly overwhelmed by the noise of a restless world.
